At Fragrant Candle With Real Jewels, we want you to be delighted with your aromatic treasure; however, if you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused candles in their original packaging. Please note that candles must still contain their hidden jewel to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
Package Your Candle
Carefully place the unburned candle and its original gift box into a shipping carton with protective padding to ensure the glass and jewel remain intact during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your authorization.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the item and confirms the jewel is present and the wick is unlit, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
